Buyer's rebate will be calculated by the following criteria:

50% rebates to buyer are based on an average 2.5%-3.0% commission paid by seller. If the commission being paid by seller is less than 2.5-3.0% Bryan Berns will receive a minimum of 1.5% for traditional sales, bank owned sales or short sales greater than $250,000 and the buyer will receive the remainder. A maximum commission rebate of 25% will be paid on properties selling for $100,000 or less or for short sales between $100,000 and $250,000.
